Gmail-like overview of the e-mails in Outlook 2003
I'm a fan of private Google products as well as the e-mail service from Google, which in our land google mail and other location is called GMail. Professionally I am, however, forced to work even with MS Outlook 2003, in which I of course, a clean list of e-mails in the form of conversations, I missed like gmail. This may, however, "re-install" with board funds.
In search of a solution for this I came across a couple of approaches, in which for example, all messages sent and received e-mail through filters into a separate folder to be copied. I find this method not so great because of course we would like his old folder, eg for projects, etc. do not "throw overboard" and the mailbox should not unnecessarily inflated by e-mail duplicates.
Here's my proposal:
First, we need a new search folder:

Create Custom Search Folders "->" Select "

A name given for example, "google mail-View"

If you want to speed up the display of thumbnails or as arichivierten no content would see it, you can see "Browse ...." browse the folders to restrict. I leave it for the first time on entire mailbox. And now it goes in the "criteria ...".
Here we are interested in only the Advanced tab. Because we only want to see and E-mail any news on dates (invitations, promises, ...). Define more criteria: "So ->" field "->" All Appointment fields "->" Term "->" is not "->" Add to List "->" OK "

"OK" -> "OK" -> "OK"
Now click the newly created search folder and wait. The first call may take a bit - depending on how many e-mails have to be arranged.
Then it's like this:
In the menu bar -> View -> Arrange By -> "Entertainment"

Un then again: Menu Bar -> View -> Arrange By -> "Customize ...".
Here then the last settings "Group ..." and "Order ..." : Make

The result of these settings should look like this:

Et voila, it's done!
Whether one comes the "auto preview" (under "View") turn on, the choice is yours.
